Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, quantum computing adoption, climate tech acceleration) to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product development and market entry
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into executable innovation roadmaps
- Produce quarterly trend reports with data-driven predictions and risk assessments
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify emerging startups and disruptive technologies
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry think tanks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent certification (e.g., CFSP)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of forecasting technological adoption with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AGI, biotech, fusion energy)
