Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technology trends
- Produce annual 'State of 2026' reports for Fortune 500 partners
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human augmentation technologies
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio for moonshot projects
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and global tech policy summits
- Mentor futurist apprentices in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, technology consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major media
- Experience with scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and public audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent
