Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and societal trends to develop 5-10 year strategic scenarios
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate future insights into product roadmaps
- Build and maintain a network of industry disruptors and academic pioneers
- Quantify market opportunities for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Present strategic foresight reports to executive stakeholders and investors
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with disruptive market shifts
- Champion innovation culture by mentoring teams on future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-proof business models
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) strongly preferred
