Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technology adoption and market disruption
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Coordinate with R&D teams to align innovation initiatives with future scenarios
- Author thought leadership reports and scenario-planning frameworks
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and future-focused organizations
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex concepts
- Proven ability to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and trend forecasting
- Published thought leadership in technology or futurism domains
