Responsibilities

- Build and maintain partnerships with futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Monitor emerging tech breakthroughs (AI, biotech, quantum) for competitive advantage
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Portfolio of published trend forecasts or strategic frameworks
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CSF, APF) required
