- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps
- Produce trend reports and predictive models for C-suite decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track industry disruption vectors
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: AGI, quantum computing, neurotech, climate adaptation
- Proven ability to communicate complex future concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-shaping work
