Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends shaping 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for disruptive product innovations and market expansion
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare for future disruptions and opportunities
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully forecasting tech trends (2018-2025 validation required)
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and horizon scanning
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published research or speaking engagements at global innovation forums
