Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic indicators and technological convergence patterns to forecast 2026+ market opportunities
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for emerging domains (quantum computing, neurotech, climate resilience)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state vision
- Produce quarterly trend briefings with actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Establish KPIs to track strategic initiatives' impact on innovation pipeline
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for anticipated 2026 market needs
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
