Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite decision-making across 5-year horizons
- Architect cross-functional innovation sprints focused on emerging domains (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI)
- Present trend analysis to executive boards and investor forums with data-backed future narratives
- Partner with product teams to embed 2026-ready capabilities into current development cycles
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, keynote presentations, and industry publications
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience in scenario modeling and predictive analytics
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent technical discipline
