Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2030
- Develop and maintain the company's 2026 strategic technology roadmap with quarterly refresh cycles
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from AI, biotech, climate tech, and space exploration domains
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-forward concepts into current development pipelines
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global innovation forums
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory landscapes affecting long-term technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, technology consulting, or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in emerging domains: AGI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate engineering
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with ability to translate complex scenarios into executable strategies
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic initiatives
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic planning preferred
