As a key member of our Innovation Directorate, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable roadmaps. You'll lead scenario planning workshops, disrupt traditional methodologies, and pioneer frameworks that shape our 2026-2030 strategic vision. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity and redefines what's possible.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Technology Horizon Scanning Framework
- Lead cross-functional strategic planning sessions for 2026 product roadmaps
- Produce quarterly foresight briefings on exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Architect organizational adaptation strategies for 2026 societal and economic shifts
- Establish innovation KPIs and success metrics for 2026 initiatives
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and board committees
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging methodology development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on post-2025 technological disruption
- Expertise in scenario planning and exponential technology assessment
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Certification in Futures Methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFMP)
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and socioeconomic 2026 implications
- Experience with AI-driven foresight platforms and predictive analytics
