Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their disruptive potential through 2026+
- Develop future scenario models and strategic roadmaps for business units
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term innovation priorities
- Monitor global trends in sustainability, geopolitics, and digital transformation
- Produce high-impact reports and presentations for executive decision-making
- Identify partnership opportunities and investment targets for future growth
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or Future Studies
- Exceptional analytical and data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI)
- Deep knowledge of at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
