Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trajectories (AI, quantum, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market entry
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional workshops synthesizing futurist insights with product roadmaps
- Produce high-impact foresight reports translating complex trends into executable business strategies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions with pilot partners
- Advocate ethical innovation principles in rapid technology deployment
- Represent the firm at global futurist forums and tech summits
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurotech, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of developing 5-10 year horizon strategic plans for enterprise clients
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to C-suite audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurist or tech strategy publications
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and trend analysis platforms
