Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, emerging technologies, and socio-economic indicators to forecast market landscapes through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum computing, AI ethics, climate adaptation, and biotech convergence
- Produce high-impact strategic briefs and visualizations for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-vision priorities and innovation roadmaps
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Monitor competitor innovation pipelines and regulatory shifts affecting long-term positioning
- Present future insights to investors, board members, and industry forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or foresight academy)
