Responsibilities

- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI
- Proficiency in foresight tools: Delphi method, cross-impact matrices, causal layered analysis
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures journals or top-tier business publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term transformation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or MFIA)
