Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and socio-economic trends to forecast industry transformations by 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for adopting next-gen innovations including AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions and implementation plans
- Create scenario-based models to assess risks and opportunities in evolving market landscapes
- Produce high-impact whitepapers and thought leadership on future-proofing organizational strategies
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate experimental initiatives with 2026 commercialization targets
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems to identify disruptive partnerships and acquisition opportunities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, Technology Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology roadmapping methodologies
- Proven track record of developing strategies for emerging technologies (AI, Web3, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable plans
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-oriented projects with measurable impact
- Deep understanding of geopolitical, environmental, and technological megatrends
