Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ using predictive analytics and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for clients across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology sectors
- Translate complex future trends into compelling narratives for C-suite executives and board presentations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Author quarterly trend briefs and white papers published in leading industry publications
- Integrate sustainability and ethical impact assessments into all future-projection methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent field
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional data visualization skills using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
- Published thought leadership in futures research or technology innovation (portfolio required)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 clients on long-term strategic adaptation and transformation
