- Architect and execute strategic foresight initiatives through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop future scenario frameworks to inform product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops translating future trends into actionable roadmaps
- Author thought leadership reports on AI, biotech, and sustainability impacts
- Build and maintain expert networks with futurists, technologists, and policymakers
- Integrate foresight into corporate strategy and investment decision processes
- Present future insights to executive stakeholders through compelling narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic innovation, futurist, or R&D leadership roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into business strategy
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience advising C-suite on future-proofing business models
