- Produce annual '2026 Horizon Scan' reports with data-validated predictions
- Advise leadership on regulatory implications and ethical considerations of emerging technologies
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor junior futurists to cultivate next-gen strategic thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into business strategy
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and systems modeling

- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful strategic foresight implementations
