- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate future insights into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Present trend analysis and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish cross-functional innovation working groups to prototype future-focused solutions
- Monitor and evaluate global macroeconomic indicators affecting long-term strategic positioning
- Author annual Future State reports with actionable recommendations for organizational adaptation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record developing scenario planning frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFM) or Innovation methodologies required
