Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy, identifying disruptive opportunities across AI, biotech, and sustainability sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with 18-24 month implementation horizons
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Present futuristic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Monitor global tech trends and geopolitical shifts to inform strategic pivots
- Design frameworks for ethical AI deployment and human-tech integration
- Mentor junior innovators in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futures research
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products with 3+ year lead times
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, Futures Studies, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
