Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints in AI, biotech, and quantum domains
- Develop patent-pending prototypes with our rapid prototyping lab
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Mentor innovation teams in design thinking and emerging tech integration
- Present strategic foresight reports to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic foresight
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Executive-level stakeholder management and presentation skills
- PhD or equivalent in emerging tech field with published research
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 15+ innovators
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ industry-disrupting implementations
