Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent applied experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ years modeling complex socio-technical systems
- Proficiency in Python/R with TensorFlow/PyTorch for predictive analytics
- Certification in Scenario Planning from WFS or APF
- Published research in peer-reviewed foresight journals
