Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Forge strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present technology strategies and investment proposals to executive stakeholders
- Mentor a team of innovation specialists and technical architects
- Oversee pilot programs and commercialization of breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, or synthetic biology
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 20+ professionals
- Strong financial acumen for technology investment and ROI modeling
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
